December Events Yoga for Pregnant Women and New Moms

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until December 16, 2015
Join us for a gentle yoga class inspired by the cycles and wisdom of nature. This class will help you gain flexibility and build strength in preparation for, or in recovery from, childbirth, as well as experience release form tension and deep relaxation.
There will be no yoga class on December 23, 2015 and December 30, 2015
Space is limited to 12 participants. Childcare is available upon request.
