Yoga for Pregnant Women and New Moms

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Monday, repeating until September 16, 2019
Join us for a gentle yoga class inspired by the cycles and wisdom of nature. This class will help you gain flexibility and build strength in preparation for, or in recovery from, childbirth, as well as experience release form tension and deep relaxation. Space is limited to 12 participants.
