Yoga for Pregnant Women and New Moms

Yoga for Pregnant Women and New Moms will return on July 8, 2015
Join us for a gentle yoga class inspired by the cycles and wisdom of nature. This class will help you gain flexibility and build strength in preparation for or in recovery from childbirth, as well as experience release from tension and deep relaxation.
(This is an all levels class. Partners, family members and babies welcome. Childcare provided.)
Instructor Daven Lee has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. The roots of her practice are in Iyengar Yoga, which she taught in Santa Fe just after her daughter was born; she now teaches MogaDao Yoga and a women’s MogaDao qigong class at the newly opened MogaDao Institute in the Railyard in Santa Fe.
