ESCALONES supports family and home-based child care providers to grow their business and quality of care for young children across New Mexico. In ESCALONES, providers have access to:

JOIN ESCALONES REWARDS! Escalones Rewards pays providers for steps to improve their business & caregiving! Providers receive cash support between $25 – $500 for achievements like getting CPR certified or completing a Child Development Certificate.

Who can participate?

To be eligible to participate in ESCALONES, you must:

  • Care for at least one child who does not live with you
  • Care for at least one child not yet in kindergarten
  • Be a family or home-based child care provider (can be unregistered/unlicensed)

Escalones Platinum: Fully customized

ESCALONES Platinum is an exclusive membership program that gives you access to customized coaching and resources. Providers will receive five monthly hours of coaching. This level is by invitation only, please contact escalones@growingupnm.org to learn more.
